Rolling mortar wall and crushing wall are the main parts that work together in cone breaking to crush the material. Because it is fixed, it is also called fixed cone. The mortar wall has u-shaped screw handle on the adjustment ring, and zinc alloy is injected between the two to make them closely combined. When the mortar wall is newly installed or replaced, the tightening condition should be checked and the U-shaped screw tightened again after 6~8 hours of work.
In the working process of cone crusher, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission device, and the moving cone rotates and swings under the force of the eccentric sleeve. The section of the moving cone close to the static cone becomes the crushing chamber, and the material is broken by the multiple extrusion and impact of the moving cone and the static cone. When the moving cone leaves the section, the part has been broken to the required particle size of the material falls under the action of its own gravity, discharged from the bottom of the cone. The crushing material is loaded from the feed port of the cone crusher.
