1. Main features of fan

2-1. In principle, traffic tunnels can be divided into three categories: subway, highway tunnel and railway tunnel.

The fresh ventilation air flows from the tunnel inlet end to the outlet end, and there is no need to install ventilation duct along the longitudinal direction of the tunnel. The reversible jet fan is generally selected for this ventilation mode. The fan is installed on the top or side of the tunnel, which can fully ventilate in two directions to achieve two-way ventilation or control smoke; If the tunnel is long, a central air supply and exhaust shaft must be added, which is connected with the atmosphere to form a mixed ventilation mode.



Full transverse ventilation system: air supply and exhaust ducts are set along the tunnel direction. Fresh air is collected from the air Pavilion and exhaust air is discharged from the air tower. The supporting motor of SDS series jet fan is fully enclosed squirrel cage. The motor is equipped with flange mounting plate. The motor insulation is class H and the protection grade is IP55. The outgoing cable of the motor can be connected to the junction box on the fan body casing. The motor is equipped with lubricating grease nozzle, and the external metal hose is connected to the lubricating grease nozzle on the fan body casing.



Reversible switching time of fan: in case of emergency, the forward and reverse switching time of jet fan is very important. SDS (R) fan has two switching methods, electronic and mechanical, which can switch to the rated speed of fan within 30 seconds.



3. Test and detection of SDS series jet fan

High temperature fire test: tested by Tianjin fire test and detection center of the Ministry of public security.



Noise test: both the inlet and outlet of the fan with and without muffler are tested on an open site (when the atmospheric wind speed is close to 0). The sound pressure level of the fan is measured at an angle of 45 ° along the fan axis and 10m away from the fan casing.



Fan efficiency: the operating efficiency of the fan is defined by the measured thrust (n) and motor input power (kw). The test and detection are carried out by the Engineering Technology Center (Test Research Center) of Hanfeng company in strict accordance with relevant national and industrial standards, and tested by provincial and national authoritative supervision institutions.

4. Commissioning and operation of SDS series jet fan



1. After the fan is installed, carefully check the following items before the fan is started:



whether the voltage is within the normal range (usually 380V ± 6%) and whether the three phases are balanced;



check whether the blade top clearance meets the requirements, and manually move the impeller to check whether there is collision; check whether there are impurities in and around the fan. If so, remove them immediately;



click the switch to test run the fan, and check whether the rotation direction of the fan impeller is consistent with the direction indicated on the label. If it is inconsistent, cut off the power supply and replace the power wiring 2 with each other;



check whether the rated speed of the motor is consistent with the rated speed of the fan; check the grounding wire and current protector (fuse) as required;



the fan commissioning can be started only after the above inspections are completed. In case of severe vibration during commissioning, the fan power supply shall be cut off immediately and the inspection shall be carried out after the fan stops stably.



if everything is normal, stop the fan after 10 ~ 30 minutes of trial operation, and check whether the blade bolts are loose. If there is no looseness, the fan can stand by and enter the normal state.



2. During the normal operation of the fan, first pay attention to the motor current, which is the signal of fan load and fault display; Secondly, regularly check the vibration of fan and motor, and pay attention to whether there is abnormal sound of friction and impact.



3. During the normal operation of the fan, the fan shall be shut down immediately for inspection or repair when the following conditions occur: the current suddenly increases and exceeds the normal range; abnormal vibration or impact sound; motor bearing temperature rises sharply.
